Question: is it a violation of any law to take my new RNC hatemailer, stuff it into a big envelope
and address it to them with no return address or stamp so they have to pay postage due? I know that simply putting "return to sender" on it will only delay its re-arrival in my mailbox by a few days. But what about a new envelope?

1. Just stuff heavy cardboard in the return postage paid mailer and tape it shut

2. I enjoy shredding it
or just tearing it in half after a light glance at it.

3. You Might Consider Taping It to a Cinder Block
but that might be frowned on.

4. I got a fundraising letter from Sarah Palin.
I wrote "THANKS, BUT NO THANKS" on the letter and sent it back in the paid postage envelope. The mailman said the postage was
80 cents for such a mailer. Every little bit "helps".

5. Oh I always do that
Because I own guns I am (or was - haven't seen any lately so maybe this works) on the mailing list for the NRA and clearly they sold me to the RNC as I started getting stuff from them soon after.

Any postage paid envelope from either group got sent back filled with the heaviest (but non hazardous of course) bits of trash I could find in between two pieces of card so it looked like a normal envelope. It was of course a silly and meaningless gesture to hit up multi-million dollar groups with an extra buck or so every couple weeks, but it only takes a minute and at least makes you feel better trust me.
