Is Obama allowed to give money to the Senate raises or create ads for Senators?
Now that the election is beginning to look very good for Obama I would like to see an ad strategy in the states that look close where we might be able to close the deal on a filibuster majority in the Senate (for example Georgia).
I'm sure Obama has a strategy for using his resources in the best way to help all our candidates but I haven't really read anything about this.
