The median expected salary for a typical Plumber I in the United States is $37,514. This basic market pricing report was prepared using our Certified Compensation Professionals' analysis of survey data collected from thousands of HR departments at employers of all sizes, industries and geographies.

Using the Obama tax calculator, a married plumber w/ 2 children would save:

$1800 under Obama.
$680 under McCain.

1. That can't be right.
Lettuce pickers in Yuma make $100,000 a year.

5. My husband is a plumber
Last year his income was a lot more than that. Now, because of the stagnant housing issue it is more akin to this.

7. Which proves Obama's point...if you spread wealth to the working class
they buy stuff...like plumbing services...which then enriches your family to buy goods and services. If the middle class is scraping buy then it shuts the machine down.

6. Even then...
a single no-dependent plumber making the median income would get a $500 break under Obama and $0 under McCain according to Obama's tax calculator.

8. Where's the "Plumbers for Obama" sign?
Someone needs to make a real sign, not just a JPEG.
