Economist Roubini says global economic collapse may be imminent ... link
Roubini is the economist who has predicted almost exactly how this collapse would play out so far. Tonight he issued the economic equivalent of a DEFCON 1 alert:

This was already scary, folks- it's getting almost surreal watching these pillars of the financial system collapsing. We are watching history right now- there's been nothing like this since 1929.
