A question on inaugural procedure?

I know that Bush must be there as Obama is sworn in (the green tinge to Dumbya's face will be hilarious!), but what of Darth Cheney? I just see this scene playing out in my mind...
"Well, they're giving me one last look around the Oval Office before Obama takes over, lotta good memories here, like when I did that funny bit about WMD's, and other stuff like that, I'll see you fellas outside after I just check to see if I left anything else...."
The door clicks and W is alone.
"Oh Jesus! OK, good, money belt is still there, fake passport, fake moustache, let me just press this.."
He presses a button under the desk and a secret panel opens in the wall. He runs into it clutching a suitcase. He emerges on the roof to see Cheney getting into a helicopter.
"What are you doing???" he screams "Gotta wait for the boss, right? Those Federal marshalls are circling the White House!"
Cheney gives him a broad grin and kicks him in the face as Bush attempts to climb in the 'copter.
"You simpleton idiot! YOU'RE not going anyWHERE! This chopper's for me and me alone!"
"What about Nicaragua??? You said you'd take me!!!"
Cheney gives an evil laugh.
"You actually believed me? You're stupider than I thought! By the way, most of the cash and securities we hid down there were in MY name! I hope you enjoy your trial at the Hague! I'll thank your father when I see him for you being so useful! We'll give you a splendid party when they hang you for...what is it they call it? Oh yeah, CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY! BWHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Bye-bye, Georgie!!!
The copter takes off as the door is being hammered on from the other side.
"FEDERAL MARSHALLS!!! OPEN UP!! NOW!!!"
"He...sniff....sniff....said he'd take me...now what do I do? Laura's gonna be so mad......say, where is she?"
The door is shattered open as a team of Federal Marshalls led by Barack Obama burst through and tackle W.
"George W Bush, you have the right to remain silent...."


I just HATE to see Cheney get away, but he's a slippery little devil....
