Is anybody else planning on NOT watching the debate?
Well, I am... not. It's just a combination of utter revulsion of Palin and old fashioned nerves I guess. Am I the only one 'round here who'll be sitting this one out?

Of course I'll be looking for all of your reports with bated breath;)

I'll watch the debate, and catch the NetFlix after.

9. Can't watch. Can't handle the suspense.
I'm taping and will watch after it's over. After I know how it went. Yes, I'm a coward.

11. I tried, I really did...
Each debate that came along I'd swear I was going to watch the whole thing from end to end. About 10 minutes into it I'd whimper and break, and turn it off.

Now I just huddle in the corner and wait for the post-debate furor; it has about an equivalent amount of information, and it's much more entertaining.

16. Wow! You're tougher than I! I never manage more than
five. I'll try again tonight, but I expect to fail. Even the few minutes of Obama I saw on last debate made me snooze.

14. Can't. No TV.
I'll catch the play by play here.

Besides I'm probably the only politically aware person in the US who hasn't heard her legendary voice yet. I want to keep it that way.

18. I'm TV-free, and have been that way for about 10-12 years.
At this moment, I'm listening to Robert Kuttners "OBAMA'S CHALLENGE", which I just bought and downloaded from Audible.com. At frequent intervals, I'll PAUSE it and check DU. Hopefully, there'll be enough video clips and other excerpts available by midnight, for me get a good feel of the event. By tomorrow morning, the entire event should be available on the web.

Will she, as (waggishly?) reported earlier today on DU, suddenly stop debating and commence breast-feeding her new child? Now THAT would be a hard act for Joe to follow!
