She has a bandaged hand. They say she fell while jogging... I figure she punched out a window or hit Todd in the mouth. (Or maybe they were burning her hand with a cigar when she got debate-prep questions wrong.)

It's like a band-aid type bandage - not a giant cast or something along those lines.

24. hides the battery pack for her ear piece, which is behind her ear
It's very tiny, and undetectable. The battery and transmitter will be in the bandaged hand, which is also a nice sympathy prop. I can hardly wait to hear the reason. It will be some contrived story designed to evoke "awwwww" by those who think with their emotions.

tanking and so they did this to help her gain sympathy. Poor, brave Sarah. Went to the debate in spite of a painful injury.

56. Someone on tv mentioned
that she has a nervous habit of putting her hands together with her finger tips touching, and that it looked odd. So maybe with the bandage on it will allow her to mess with her hands (as a mental distraction), without it seeming so unusual - she'll have a reason.

53. I thought that maybe they'd cancel the debate, by making up some
injury during her stay, like she fell off a hill while hiking. But this looks like a pretty small thing - I'd say more the result of a family fracus at the ranch.
