I doubt if there has ever been such a treasure trove of sound bites and visuals. 'trifecta', 'bring em on' 'mission accomplished' 'can't win the war on terror' etc. etc. Then of course there are the clips that just show his problem with the english language, with geography, history etc. If I was going to take off the gloves, I would use Bush to show how bad Bush is.

2. YUP...I'd show how many times before the Iraq war Bush mentioned the

now obscure name, OSMA BIN LADEN, EVIL, RESPONSIBLE FOR KILLING THOUSANDS OF AMERICANS, cut to Bush saying over and over again, "Osma Bin Laden isn't important to me!"

And pound it home!

Show Bush the way he is, irritable, hot headed, ready to beat up anyone who doesn't agree with him. Show Cheney saying Fuck Yourself, show Rove all hot headed, the whole bunch of them are a bunch of hot headed irrational unstable people.

We need people who can handle the pressure of the WH...not people who explode! His buttons on the bomb for god sake! Show America we have loonies in the WH who want to FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!

3. The Daily Show's "RNC-Bush" video from last night did just that.

It was priceless. The underlying theme was something like -- Don't let the facts get in the way of the words. It would have made a very good commercial against bush, except for the sarcasm and irony - which most people just don't get.

8. As a note of spreading links around...

I have the Sovereignty clip on my website, since last month. over 80,000 people looked at that clip and it was spread around on a huge number of websites and emailed around. There was also the sound clip of Sovereignty elsewhere as well as a quicktime version someone did of Sovereignty, both of which undoubtedly also got a lot of attention. Video clips

Saying that one lesson I took from Michael Moore is that seeing a clip is much more powerful than reading the transcript. I still laugh every time I watch "Peance Freance".
