16. Katie Couric on CBS just reaffirmed that Kissinger supports sitting down for talks

without preconditions. She said she called Kissinger herself after her recent talk with Palin and he said so. The media is talking about this! McCain was wrong.

17. First statement! Regarding Senator Kennedy,

He was NOT at hospital during that debate. McCain suggested that he was at the hospital and we should pray for his recovery or some such. Sen. Kennedy was in fact either just home or close to home after being released from the hospital. Yeah nit-picky but someone was a lot less up to date than everyone listening to progressive radio.

McCain is despised by vets as a rule btw. I appalled that he spun things to make it looks as though he is some great friend to veterans.
