were not going to leave the WH. If the bottom falls out of the economy he could use that little piece of paper to declare marshall law and cancel the election until a future undeclared date. That I think is a worst case scenario.

little signing statement- I guess that means he didn't pass it, he just crapped it out- May of 07 which stated if America is in a state of emergency (which by the way, in a separate signing statement he claims we are in a permanent state of) then there is no power other than the executive branch AND no changing of the guard will take place.

The Constitution and Bill of Rights, along with Habeas Corpus, and Posse Comitatus are either eroded or gone, and after this vote (which BOTH parties will pass), everything will be in place for martial law, cancellation of elections, suspension of Congress.
