I saw my first Obama yard signs today on a major street
There were two Obama signs and one McCain sign in the same area. I live in Williamsburg, Virginia! It made me so happy to see the first signs.........We aren't allowed to put signs (any kind of sign) in our yard due to HOA rules. However, I think I will get one to put in my window. I want there to be no doubt about who I support in this race.

2. I thought there was a case that said that HOAs could not outlaw political signs totally.
Maybe it is only a Calif case ~~ but I am thinking it said something about they could make reasonable rules in regard to political signs, but they could not outlaw them completely. A First Amendment issue.

Anyone know?

3. Can't get a yard sign in PA
I have been trying for months to get an Obama sign in the Wilkes Barre/Scranton area but every time I go to the headquarters they are out. I have my name on a list for a month now but no sign as of yet.

5. there has been a constitutional ruling that you can put up a reasonable sign
if you contact the local Obama office I am sure that they can advise you
It may be counterproductive if it pisses off the rest of the condo residents however.
