18. Being decisive in and of itself is meaningless
It's what goes into making the decision. If that is nothing but your "gut" then you get a bad decision.

Gawd, I remember how the right lauded Chimpy for being "decisive." A 2-year-old can be "decisive." Impulsive and angry people are "decisive."
