Ron Paul To Be On Montana Ballot As Constitution Party Candidate
The Constitution Party of Montana has submitted Ron Paul as their nominee, meaning he'll be on the Montana ballot.

Monday the office of Secretary of State Brad Johnson notified county election offices of the final list of Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidates whose names will appear on the November ballot.

"This year, Montana's elections have attracted more national attention than ever before. The number of candidates proves just how much Montana matters this year."Said Johnson.

The candidates for President and Vice President who will appear on Montana's general election ballot are:

Bob Barr and Wayne Allen Root - Libertarian Party
John McCain and Sarah Palin - Republican Party
Ralph Nader and Matt Gonzalez - independent
Barack Obama and Joe Biden - Democratic Party
Ron Paul and Michael Peroutka - Constitution Party of Montana

1. This should be helpful with both Barr and Paul on the ballot.
The polling I found for Montana on a quick search is from July 29th.

From CQPolitics:

#

Montana: McCain has pulled even with Obama after trailing him five points at the beginning of July according to a Rasmussen Reports poll conducted July 29. McCain leads 45 percent to 44 percent with 5 percent choosing "other" and 6 percent undecided. The margin of error is 4.5 percent. But then this is a state the Republicans have carried in all the last five elections except 1992 when Independent Ross Perot spoiled things for the first George Bush. McCain's favorability-unfavorability ratio is 59 percent to 40 percent compared to Obama at 53 percent to 46 percent.CQ Politics' Election Forecast lists Montana as "Republican Favored."
