we have two months. this poll means nothing. less than nothing. two months is a long long time. i dont get why people are even looking at the poll let alone taking it seriously.

1. Agree. It's just that the media makes such a big deal out of it and it gives a false impression.

4. since bill clintons fuckin blow job, media has gone after dems with relish
they, the top dogs are on public record of admitting how much fun and how they get away with trashin dems cause dems take it. dont throw the tantrums like repugs and so much more. media has been this for a long time. we especially saw with gore and kerry never had ONE positive thing said about him on ALL of media at any time. this is what our dems face. our reality. that is not going ot change

a reliable indicator of the mood of a nation of millions-

6. Because a lot of people here enjoy panicking...
I mean, COME ON. If you didn't expect a post convention bounce for McCain, then you need to start paying attention to how this game works.

Obama got a bounce from his convention too, but McCain announced his VP the next day and the RNC started immediately afterwards. McCain has an advantage here because there aren't anymore big events until the debates start. Regardless, the polls will level back out to where they were sometime between now and the end of the week. I'll eat my own ass if I'm proven wrong.

Of course, none of this really matters... polls are an estimate not a result and national polls don't mean anything. Electoral votes is the name of the game.

8. the polls were played horribly with kerry. i have stopped looking at all polls
they were used to manipulate the theft. they are irrelevent

i swera people use this to start things and work people up. a broadbrush they are afraid. another manipulation of creating me in a way i am not. cannot stand having people tell me what i feel (especially when so wrong) and project it as a truth

7. EXACTLY!
If they can sway this much, there's no use getting excited about them.
