I hope all female Clinton supporters feel insulted

The choice of Gov Palin is a shrewd choice.. It does unify and energize the republican base, BUT for it to really work it needs to pull in a good amount of the women who supported Senator Clinton. This is an insult to them. To think that women who supported Hillary will support the McCain/Palin ticket SIMPLY because there is a woman on the ticket!! As Hillary said at the convention ... Did you support her JUST for who she was?? or for what she stood for??? As far as I have read Gov Palin and Senator Clinton share NOTHING in their political beliefs.

Where in the hell did he find this one,I mean there were plenty of qualified republican women who have given years to their country
They should be more upset

5. I have to agree
Olympia Snowe is the first to come to mind, then Kay Hutchison. Was Sheila Frahm (who served briefly in the Senate) unavailable? Crimeny, even Liz Dole!

Problem is, Hutchinson has stated repeatedly that she supports Roe v Wade, and Snowe is pretty moderate for a currently-serving Republican. I think in the end it came down to pick "young and pretty" followed by "the kind of young and pretty that will not turn the Talibangelicals against me."

3. Republicans have always insulted women...
...nothing. I'm a democrat so I have no reason to be insulted. I would have been insulted if Obama had picked Sebellius.
