Obama Campaign Reactions: Inexperience A "Heartbeat Away"
Obama Campaign Reactions: Inexperience A "Heartbeat Away"

29 Aug 2008 11:58 am

From Obama spokesman Bill Burton:

"Today, John McCain put the former mayor of a town of 9,000 with zero foreign policy experience a heartbeat away from the presidency. Governor Palin shares John McCain's commitment to overturning Roe v. Wade, the agenda of Big Oil and continuing George Bush's failed economic policies -- that's not the change we need, it's just more of the same," said Bill Burton, Obama Campaign Spokesman.

6. Ha. Also, didn't McCain just a couple days ago say Obama couldn't
attack McCain's stance on military and veterans' issues because Obama has not served. How can Palin be trusted to handle the country and the military without military service? All they need to do is turn McCain's own words against her.

10. The scene at Dem HQs around the country as this makes the wires...
Everybody standing around the tv, mouth open in disbelief, with nobody saying anything. Then a small voice in the back says "What the fuck!" Then the laughter starts.

Actually, it would be the same in Rep HQs, but without the laughter...
