Yet that still didn't prevent the Blofeld of Broward County from going ahead with a misleading political commercial tarring Castor as soft on terrorism.

Throughout his career, Bob Graham served this state with dignity and a respect for the office he held. It's hardly too much to ask those vying to succeed him to comport themselves with similar adherence to the standards set by Graham for public service.

With only a few days to go before primary election day, it's probably a bit late to remind Deutsch, D-You Talking To Me? You Talking To Me?, that he's running for the United States Senate, not the Joe Pesci Fan Club. Yes, too late indeed, thank goodness."

1. That's a scathing piece!

I've got to agree with most of what the author wrote. I think even Penelas has a brighter future in Florida politics than Deutch.

I respect Deutch for his role in Election 2000, but his actions in 2004 have been reprehensible.

2. Ruth really got ugly. You are right.

I think it is the implication that Castor gave in to terrorism, which of course is the RNC attack on Democrats.

He is mostly right, though. It is sad Deutsch let himself be a part of this.
