the place was fairly dead when he started speaking, half empty, by the time he was finished the place had filled up and everyone was cheering him. he absolutely should have been in prime time.

not for it to be flatly restated.

If you don't want to explain why you feel that way, that's fine.

But it's hard to disagree when there's no reasoning there to disagree with.
