1. I did not see them. They were reported to be coming from

one union organization in particular--hopefully that was either not true at all or got headed off in time.

Since no one on DU could tell me exactly what it was about (triggering McCain's temper or a play on his houses) even here; I smelled a rat.

Since I'm as politically wonk as it gets and I didn't get it, it would have been a dreadfully bad idea. Thank goodness nothing came of it, apparently.
