13. talking points? Do you have ANY evidence the Obama campaign even knows what they are
and how to shove them down Democrats throats to regurgitate on news shows?

6. I love the "eliminate" the need for ME oil.
It's been driving me nuts that they've all been saying "reduce dependency."

This is great!

18. In 10 years, ME oil is going to cost so much, basic economics
will eliminate demand, but not the need.

What will be really interesting is to see whether the plan takes into account replacing Mexican imports- which by then will be largely gone.

Not expecting much, of course- but if it's at least something the campaign can demogogue effectively with- it'll have served its purpose for the time being.

9. Eliminate Middle East oil when this nation has spent several hundred billion
dollars, inflicting a tad of collateral damage here and there in securing most of the profits from Iraq's oil reserves for five big oil companies? Something doesn't add up here, something doesn't make sense, something's amiss, like it's dichotomous. :P

10. What does a celebrity know about energy policy?
:sarcasm:

Good. Let McCain and his jealous little minions continue to jabber about Britney and Paris.

This is how he'll defuse those ads - by showing that he's not about to get down to the asinine level at which McCain is running his campaign and he'll take on real issues.

ground zero for coal development with 8 plants on the
drawing board.
Auto industry in death spiral due to brain dead
leadership's blind commitment to gas hogs.
Michigan folks, take advantage and follow up with letters to editors,
calls to call in stations, contacting legislators about an
