Honestly, I think the press and the Obama campaign thought better of McCain
Up and until yesterday. No more. It is as if a sudden rude jolt has awakened McCain's base (the media) and the Obama campaign to the fact that the McCain campaign is fully in desperate, vile, Karl Rove attack mode.
Sadly, the media LOVES this turn of events because gutter politics and desperate hardball politics provides good ratings for them. Have you seen the smirk on Tucker Carson's face these past few days?


As for the Obama campaign, I know they are going to put up a serious fight now that the scales have been removed from their eyes.
