How To Lose a Presidential Campaign For Dummies:
Edited on Tue Jul-29-08 10:11 AM by GloriaSmith
Step One:
Embarrass yourself by being attacked in the canned foods aisle of the Supermarket...by the actual canned food. On film.

Step Two:
Is your opponent giving a speech to hundreds of thousands of people overseas? Pick that moment to visit a small restaurant which serves the cuisine from the same country your opponent is in at the moment. In Ohio!

Step Three:
Make your own map! Create new borders by forgetting entire countries! Better yet, go ahead and follow your instincts and make the former Miss Teen South Carolina your foreign policy adviser because, uh, some, people out there in our nation don't have maps and, uh, I believe that our, uh, education like such as, uh, South Africa and, uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and, I believe that they should, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., uh, or, uh, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future, for our children.

Step Four:
When millions of Americans don't have health insurance, please go on Larry King and remind them to visit their dermatologists and make sure they too don't have skin cancer. This is a great tactic because it says "Hey, I might have more health problems!" AND it reminds viewers that you benefit from government paid health care but you don't think they should! Everyone loses!

Step Five:
Summer is in full swing. May I recommend a pair of flip-flops? Your left foot quickly slides into a 16 month timetable for pulling troops out of Iraq and your right foot slides into higher taxes!

Follow these 5 easy steps and you too can lose the campaign of your life! :patriot:

5. K&R

I hesitated to click because I was afraid (due to the subject line) that it might be a "concern" thread. I am glad I did! Funny stuff!

11. lol, yeah I was hoping people would expect another "concerned" post
but I'm not concerned at all...unless, of course, Obama suddenly changes everything about himself and begins to act like McCain. Then, and only then, will I be concerned about him. :D
