I'm crying at work

I just watch the speech, which was basically standard and still great. But, watching the crowd greet him, people mouthing "Thank You," citizens of the world as happy about him as we are.

This is really an amazing moment.

10. The night of the election in 2000...

I was standing in a ballroom on Miami Beach ready to celebrate Gore's victory...then they took Florida away from us. I remember standing by myself in front of the wide screen and crying. I haven't been able to shake that dread in the pit of my stomach since then...at least not until today. I am crying today but with hope not despair...what a better feeling for me, you, and the rest of the world.
