How do I create a 527 organization to produce Bush Attack Ads?

I do video production and I'd like to produce CUT THROAT ANTI-BUSH Ads. Should I just produce one and send it to Moveon.org or create my own Democratic 527 organization solely to debunk the SBVT organization?

I realize that I'd have to be completely independent but I'd graciously accept a hundred grand donation to put my ad's on TV to debunk those lying squids.

It all depends on how good the commercial is.

Keep in mind that a commercial on a local station at 4 am is dirt cheap - I think I've heard someone say $250. If it's a radical commercial, it will get much more free media.
