So - Clark's truthful comments about McCain supposedly disqualify him for a VP slot
But McCain's comments about his wife and about Chelsea Clinton have no bearing on his fitness to be President of the United States?

This is utter bull.

4. A pundit.
Seriously... a pundit. No one else who matters has said such a thing.

6. No it doesn't.....unless we keep repeating what the pundits say; that it does.
Seriously.......the television really cannot be the boss of us to this extent.

This is just a moment out of the campaign.....a snapshot, unless we make a bigger deal about it than our 24/7 (need something to talk about) cable media.

9. Obama said we should not demean anothers service...
Clark in no way demeaned mccain's service. So there is no problem. Clark only stated the obvious fact that being held captive does not qualify anyone to be president.

13. But the media is saying that Clark did demean McCain's service
On MSNBC alone, the first three shows this morning said that Clark was "distorting", "attacking", and "parsing" McCain's record. And then they invited on right wing talking heads to condemn Clark. You're right: Clark in no way demeaned McCain's record. But the media is making a strong effort to brainwash the American people into thinking that he did. They want a controversial story to sell commercial time, even if they have to get it by completely fabricating one.

10. No, on the contrary
Clark should be moving up the list for VP after his demolition of McWar's record.
