MCain is the GOP's Dukakis
Here's the deal.....I've been thinking about the Republican non candidate - McSame. The dude is Kriptonite. He is just like a Dukakis for the GOP. McSame has sold his soul to the devil, flip-flopped like a fish out of water, is too close to Bush and has become so toxic that not even half the Republicans will vote for him. Yeeesh!

I am seeing a Obama pick up close to 60% of the vote and the GOP, along with McSame will certify that the Republicans have indeed become the Southern regional party of the ignorant, greedy, racist and bigoted. The GOP has no real agenda left except for fear and hate and except for the truly brain damaged, they have no real support left.

The Democrats need to pick up about 6-7 Senate seats and another 30 seats in the House to make it all work for a better America.

1. real republicans will be voting for Barr.....
I think Barr will become the spoiler in this election and that will also be good for Obama.

2. Agreed
And I'm doing my best to point out that Barr is the REAL conservative to my Republican friends who would never vote for a Democrat. For Republicans who are becoming independent, I'm boning up on my Obama talking points.

4. most republicans..........
....at least the ones I know of, are not happy that they are stuck with McCain anyway! And many of them would rather vote for Barr anyway because he is more like a real republican.

That's why I think this will be a particularly difficult race for McCain. Not only is Obama (already) doing better in the polls but McCain will have to prove to republicans that he is conservative enough while not appearing too conservative to appeal to independents at the same time!
