so what day do you think would be the ideal day to be there?

the 29th when UFP does its march or wait until thursday when bush rolls into town?

1. Tough choice! Too bad those can't be your "two days".

But I know you live out of state somewhere so that would be impossible!

2. Just a Thought--

Take precautions, get a good gas mask-not one on those Israeli things- I cover a lot of this stuff (i'll be there too) and you have no idea how much you love gas masks until you need one ;) Have a plan, move a lot, connect with people that can let you know what is going to happen before it does. Above all, trust your instinct. When I originally started to plan to photograph this event, I thought it would be relatively calm. Now, I'm becoming thoroughly convinced that it is going to get really crazy.
