Amazing thing just seen on Lehrer news hour - Amy Walters and Stu Rothenburg, discussing election.
Edited on Mon Jun-09-08 05:42 PM by NRaleighLiberal
Rothenburg said that when he breaks down the numbers, he could see another "repeat of 2000 in that the winner of the popular vote (= Obama) loses to the electoral winner, which in his view, could be McCain". His reasoning is that the electoral map looks very similar, so it will take some battleground state flips to deliver it for Obama. Amazing....election theft in Florida, and these pollsters act as if Bush actually won in 2000.....what are they getting us ready for?!?!?!?!

6. I think they are already setting us up for it, this time in California.
I listen to a lot of talk radio, and read lots of political stuff. And I keep hearing shit about California, which makes me wonder if that might be the next state they will try to tamper with, like they did with Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004.

Now, my first thought, when I initially heard this California talk, was, HAHAHAHAHA! You gotta be kidding me! But I keep hearing them talk about the large Latino population there, and how so many of them went for Clinton, but who knows if they'll go for Obama, blah, blah, blah, and I started to wonder, will they fuck with them like they did with the blacks in '04? Will it now be the Latino population who finds itself with not enough voting machines? With people challenging their right to vote? With their names getting thrown off the voter rolls because their name is only 10 letters away from someone who was convicted of a crime?

I know, I may be talking out of my backside, and truthfully, I hope I am, but I learned my lesson in 2000 and 2004. The Pukes will stop at nothing to steal another election.
