Why is Hillary having money problems if she has 18 million rabid supporters

I guess Pat Buchanan said that Hillary has 18 million rabid supporters tonight. I don't understand why the campaign is having money problems. It seems that each one could give 10 or 15 dollars and she wouldn't have to beg people to visit her website.

Just wondering who votes for her, but doesn't donate.

managers making? I honestly have never seen anything about that anywhere. These guys don't come cheap! I will admit, Black (I think that's Barack's lead manager's name) has done a much better job than Penn did. If I were Hillary, I'd never pay Penn what she still owes him. He was an incompetent, but overpaid is relevant to how much all of them are making, don't ya think?
