Does Obama have the energy to compete all the way through November?
I suppose he does, but lately he has been so low key, while Clinton has been far more energetic and feisty. Lately, he seems tired and acts like he's going through the motions than trying to inspire people. Without his passion, Obama is a far weaker candidate, and if his passion is only an act, it will wear thin. Has anyone seen any recent speeches by the "old Obama" who could fire up thousands? Or is there another explanation for his lack of energy? Not overconfidence, I hope. He hasn't locked up anything yet.

3. He'll be reenergized once the nomination is a lock
It has to be exhausting right now. But once he has a real target (McCain) that he can go after, I think we'll see the old energy. Now is probably a good time for him to be low key, anyway.

5. Also, I think he's trying to graciously let Clinton walk away from this.
Clinton can only be fiesty.. she's running from behind... at the end of the day, you have to look at who has the manpower and the money... she has neither.. and she won't get it unless "something" does happen to Obama.

6. He's giving Clinton her space; that will end as soon as she concedes. PS
Watch for him Tuesday night and tell me he's lost his passion.

7. He's in a very delicate position here. I think he's handling it very well -- low key
is the way to go right now.

11. He has far more energy than McCain
He'll spank McCain day in and day out until not even DuPont can hid the circles under McCain's eyes or Pfizer can keep him awake!

(I was gonna say "...or Pfizer can keep him up!" but that brought up some unpleasant mental imagry)

16. I think he's in Michigan today..
there's a post somewhere around here. The difference between Obama and Clinton is that Obama talks to people and Clinton talks to the press.

18. Hillary is frenetic. Obama is is far more low key and centered.
It's not about his lacking energy.
