So I'm going to speak for all of my fellow curmudgeonly cynics here: BULLSHIT!!!!

I don't have cable. But when I did, I watched this shit. I admit it. It's shit. I like bacon and bourbon for breakfast--also shit. But enjoyable. I like Styx; this too is shit--but a guilty pleasure. I also like Chopin and Rachmaninov. Just own up to the fact that you like to be irritated, that you like to listen to shit that gets your blood boiling. I mean, for God's sake, why else would you be here in GD: P?????

So please spare us the lame excuses for why you're watching/listening to mind-numbing bullshit. We all do it: be it on TV, radio, Youtube, Crooksandliars, DU, etc.

And please, PLEASE, don't make the opposition-research argument. We all know it: "So I went over to Freeperville to see what the crazies were up to--not that I enjoy it, but so that I know what their arguments are." No, we all understand (especially those of us who click on your thread), you enjoy wallowing in shit. It's like a scab that must be pulled off. Just admit it.
