unless they are a felon!
or under 18!
or not a citizen!
or they are a registered Republican and it's a closed primary!
or there is ample evidence they are registered at multiple addresses in different states or counties and are committing voter fraud!
or if their representative state legislature tries to leapfrog their established primary date in late 2007 knowing that while they risk losing at least half if not more of their delegates it doesn't matter anyway because Hillary is going to win this thing on Super Tuesday and in 2012 they will be in a position to have an "important" primary like Iowa or New Hampshire used to have and they will get access to big-time national politicians and media pundits and maybe get some face-time on cable news TV and can give their constituents some vague warm fuzzy feeling that their vote is now more important then it would have been had they just kept their primary date where it was in the first place.

"We believe Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina play a unique and special role in the nominating process.... We believe the DNC's rules and its calendar provide the necessary structure to respect and honor that role. Thus, we will be signing the pledge to adhere to the DNC approved nominating calendar." - Clinton Campaign Manager, Patty Solis-Doyle
