6. The DNC rules are not tablets sent down from God
Whoever the nominee is will be in position to control the DNC and make changes. The ability to change the rules is already a part of the rules. There will be a meeting on the 31st to decide on MI and FL. Politics is based on human behavior and interaction, not some immutable law of the universe. It has always been fluid and will continue to be.
