Will Edwards endorsement make Hillary quit?
If the nomination wasn't already sewn up for BHO, isn't Edwards' endorsement, (and the likely trail of his delegates) the final nail in the coffin of Hillary's campaign?

4. Don't think so.
I don't think she's dropping out until Obama officially hits the magic number, whatever it is these days.

7. No, but all parties are clearly setting up for the end game
The Obama-Clinton joint fundraiser, the Edwards endorsement -- these are all signs this thing is coming to a close. I suspect a behind the scenes deal may have been struck, but that's just me speculating.

16. I'm sure it's intended to.
There clearly is something going on behind the scenes. If so, it's politics as usual, not "hope and change"! But some of us knew that already.

I find it rich with irony that the two of them would do this in MICHIGAN of all places. What a slap in the face.

19. No.
I have a strong feeling that behind the scenes the gloves have come off. The past two days Dodd's strong on-air statements waving off any questions about an Obama/Clinton ticket left me with the impression that the discussions between Hillary and, well, the DP are getting tough. I think that Hillary is indicating behind the scenes that she is going to the convention in spite of the majority of the party leaders begging her to not do this to the party. I think that this is why Edwards is endorsing Obama now, and many other party leaders and heavy weights are standing strongly with, and speaking out for Obama.

21. Why would it? LOSING hasn't made her drop out, so
the endorsement of someone who dropped out months ago certainly won't affect her...

she is in this to steal away Obama's victory or, failing that, to force him to bring her and Bill along for the ride..:grr:

28. Between Edwards & NARAL (and the continued superdelegate migration) she can't be having a good day.
Will it be enough to make her face reality?

Probably not. :(
