Anybody see Bobby Byrd on Charlie Rose last night?

He laid it on the line. Charlie asked him straight out if he thought Bush went to war for political reasons and Byrd said "yes" without hesitating. He cited Rove's comments to Republican operatives about using the war on terror to elect Republicans. Byrd also maintained that Kerry is going to carry West Virginia. I believe him. He is a straight shooter and he KNOWS West Virgina politics better than anyone.

for a short while, they had him on at 12 midnight. I will try to watch him again. But I got the jest of his argument, they are not to be trusted.
