Roll Call Reports: Dems with 13 and 9% lead in generic congressional poll
Unfortunately, paid subscription is required, but they're reporting Democrats leading Time/CNN at 13% and AP/Ipsos at 9% when asked "If the election were being held today, do you think you would vote for the Democratic or Republican candidate for Congress in your district?"

Granted, this doesn't account for gerrymandering and incumbent advantage, but we have to feel good about this big a gap. Maybe, just maybe, America's starting to come around.

1. It all depends on the distribution.
A lot of Dems winning by small margins is better than a few Dems winning by landslides.
