So I keep hearing about how there are so many "anti-Hillary" threads
and I am just wondering if that is because there are fewer and fewer Hillary supporters. Notice that I called you all SUPPORTERS, not crazy made up names based on your candidate.

I have also noticed a spike in "I have seen the light, and I no longer support Hillary, I am now an Obama supporter".

Now I came to DU a year or so ago, and I remember thinking that there were incredibly intelligent, well informed, progressive Democrats on this site.

So....if most of these, incredibly intelligent, well informed, progressive Democrats, are supporting Obama...........(draw your own conclusions).

I am expecting flames from some of you, but I don't really care. This is only my opinion, and is based solely on what I perceive here. Take it for what you will.

14. Of course THEY won't "change a damn thing." But which one can WE force...
...to make changes? Interesting perspective from CUNY Professor Frances Fox Piven on a recent Democracy Now!:

You know, in 1932, FDR didn’t run with a good program; he ran with the same program the Democrats had run with in 1924 and 1928, and that wasn’t a good program. But nevertheless, his rhetoric encouraged people who were suffering as a result of the Depression—working people, the unemployed—and helped to fuel the movements, which then forced FDR to support initiatives which he otherwise would not have supported, including the right to organize...

8. That's about the worst thing you've ever posted
You really think you're the only one who's a real progressive. There's a hell of a lot of very intelligent people here who support Barack Obama. You've got a lot of nerve, Little miss can't make up her mind if she loves Hillary or not. Now stop with the more progressive than thou attitude.

6. I think there are really a load of disruptors.
I was excited to see a woman running, but now it looks for sure like its going to be Obama... I'm not saying that as a supporter just as a realist. Anyway, in this spot there is nothing that really makes sense for Obama supporters except just kind of floating above the fray now, focusing on McCain and letting the rest sink. But I see these threads sadisticly attacking Hillary. Its very clearly coming from people trying to drive a wedge.
