The guy also said something about a "one star," but I was just waking up and don't know whether he was suggesting Wes be busted back to Brigadier, or whether he was referring to General Karpinski.

DU somewhere that General Shoomaker was the General who did Waco. He's one of the Generals that accompanied Rummy to the hearings. I wish we knew for sure if Shoomaker was in charge of Waco.
