Didn't Richardson endorse Obama a few weeks ago?

There was a lot of talk about him endorsing Hillary because Bill Clinton watched the Superbowl with him, but he held off endorsing anyone until today. There was a lot of talk about it though, and he even said himself that he might endorse around the time of the TX primary, but didn't.

9. There was a rumor that there would be a pre-Texas Richardson

endorsement for Obama. But Richardson held back for whatever reason. And actually, in the grand scheme of things, it may have worked out best that he did hold back.

thing for weeks, which in the Obama parlance means "I'm for Obama" then yes he did.
