Is Clinton Case Building to Litigate for the Nomination?
It looks to me like she is.

If she doesn't get the nomination, would YOU support a law suit on the basis of the Michigan and Florida situation?

Will she do it?

1. She Wants a Caucus?
I had no idea she was so committed to finding a plausible, less expensive way to let people have their say.

8. Is it possible this candidate fight is just setting the stage for the final third party DLC split
Does that mean this situation was manufactured for just such a purpose and was put into motion when Howard Dean became the chairman of the DNC side tracking plans that had been laid into the party by operatives that have been working on this going all the way back to the resituating of the superdelegate structure in the late 80s By Geraldine Ferraro and Howard Ickes and others whom all seem to be Clinton confidants and surrogates?

Is it possible that 9 of the 40 people that Terry McAuliffe, Ms Clintons current campaign chair, nominated for the committee that created the rules that were used in this fiasco are current membes of Ms Clintons Campaign?

Is it possible that the goal of Harold Ickes, Ms Clintons adviser who spent 10 million of the Clintons personal income building a data base of Democrat donors, could use that database to ursup and overtake the DNC donations database which may or may not have been copied by Ms Clintons Campaign director Terry McAuliffe when he was the chair of the DNC?

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE CLINTONS AND LARGE CADRE OF THEIR ASSOCIATES AND WASHINGTON INSIDERS ARE PREPARING THE DESTRUCTION OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY AND THE DNC AND IN THE FINAL STAGES OF THE DLC COUP?......

Not to the best of my knowledge, I don't think.

3. Yes, you can see it. Undermine BO to the point where supers can have political cover overturning
the pledged delegate counts. That is what this unelectable meme is all about.

You spew all over the front runner, driving his negatives up, and then use that to argue that electability issues hold sway over caucuses and primaries. HRCs plan is to make things close enough to decide this by influence. It is disgusting.

6. I think that one thing Clinton was not counting on just happened though....
A Bill Richardson endorsement of BO was not in there cards and might be the straw for the Clinton's so to speak.

12. People are not stupid. They all see what Hillary's up to. The SD's I mean.
And, they are sick of her and what she's doing to the party.

7. What's to say that Michigan & Florida delegates wouldn't change their vote to support Obama?
Hypothetically speaking, if this were to happen, and Hillary was threatening a lawsuit, what would prevent the delegates from Florida & Michigan from changing their votes to Obama? Would she then file a lawsuit to force them to vote a certain way?

I see NO positive outcome in such a scenario. If the Clinton camp tries to get the courts involved to secure her nomination, we can just kiss the White House goodbye in November.

10. I could definitely see a lot of Democrats leaving to form a new party
It's not hard to picture a lot of the more left-leaning Democrats forming a new party, a Progressive Party.

Hillary has to ask herself, does she really want to be the person responsible for splitting the Democratic Party in two? Especially when we have a great opportunity to gain the White House and expand our control over Congress?

13. You know, Hillary continues to amaze me.
Each time I think that she could not get any lower, she manages to trench a bit deeper. The bullshit about the nominee not being legit unless FL and MI are in with their delegates was over the top and I just thought it to be more of her lying bullshit. But if she is building a case to steal the nomination in a lawsuit, she has pretty much guaranteed that we will get Prez McCain. She will completely fracture the party if this happens.

We don't need this....we need to have her go away and accept her defeat for the nomination gracefully and we need to start going after that POS McCain.

Geeeeeeeeeeeeez, why in the hell does she have to be so self centered and egotistical???? The more she does, the more she hurts the Dem chances. Someone needs to get her attention and make her stop this bullshit.
