I support Obama, and I'm no youngster

I am sick and tired of people who keep claiming that all the Obama supporters on DU are whiny know-nothing kids. I'm a mid-forties, white professional woman, and I whole-heartedly support Barack Obama for president. Sure, I would love to see a woman become president some day. But after all the triangulation and back-stabbing that's come from Hillary Clinton, I sure hope it's not her. Will I vote for her if she's the Dem nominee? Yes, of course I will. I'm a Dem, and I don't want to see the GOP steal our country from us again. But I'd feel a lot better about Obama becoming president than I would about Hillary.

Any other geezers, old farts and other youth-challenged DUers want to chime in here?
