Imagine The Presidential Debate Between Hillary and John McCain
Moderated by Tim Russert.

Russert: Sen. Clinton you won your party's nomination based primarily on the argument that you had the experience and qualifications to be CIC. Using your own logic, shouldn't the voters vote for Sen. McCain who has far more experience and qualifications than you do?

Russert: Sen. Clinton, during your campaign for your party's nomination, you blasted free trade agreements such as NAFTA, but your husband's administration championed and signed NAFTA into law. In addition, your husband's administration gave permanent MFN to China. Do you rebuke your own husband's actions? And, can you tell us where you publicly came out against these Free Trade deals?

Russert: Sen. Clinton, like Sen. McCain, you voted for this war in Iraq. Sen. McCain has been a consistent supporter of this war and believes very strongly that the surge is working. Do you believe that your vote was a mistake? If so, what does that say about your judgment? If you don't think that it was a mistake, then should you not support Sen. McCain's position on the war?

1. I have desperately hoped this debate would never come to pass.
And hopefully it still won't.

4. Russert:
"Senator Clinton - please stop fellating Senator McCain while we're on the air, the FCC will fine us."

6. I get your point...
but I simply can't imagine Russert asking a hard question. He's a weak kiss-ass, imo.

8. Yavin4, you have nailed why HRC will lose:
her cheap words, her bogus experience and her triangulation...

But the Hillbots will call Timmy sexist for asking such questions!

10. Too funny!
Why would any sane person keep up this tactic of touting her experience when CLEARLY McCain has so much more? This is beyond willful ignorance, Hillary has gone INSANE! Or else she really wants the Dems to lose this year.

again to keep this at the top!

Yavin4's scenario questions are all likely if by, hook or CROOK, HRC takes the nomination and Dems will lose the GE

13. Hillary will nail McCain.
Hillary can speak so impressively and thoughtfully about the economy. McCain has a deer-in-the-headlights look whenever he is asked about the economy.

Hillary can speak so well about healthcare. McCain has no plan for healthcare.

Hillary will be able to nail foreign policy questions, unlike Obama, whose primary approach is, "well that's an interesting question. I voted against Iraq."

On the other hand, Obama will just stammer. There will be no more "I agree with everything Hillary just said" free passes that he gets now.
