1. No, I think it's just Coulter frantically trying to get in front of a camera.

Haven't made a detailed study of her movements (God, just the thought makes me shudder), but seems as though the networks have been less inclined to invite her onto their shows in the last few months, so she says whatever will get her back on camera. I think she'd brag about having sex with a Democratic donkey in front of Newt Gingrich if she thought it would get her on the Today show.
