Nevada Democrats - How is Kerry looking there?
Nevada voted for Clinton twice, but supported Bush by around 4% last time. Bush lied and said he wouldn't support Yucca Mtn. then did a flip-flop. How is that issue resonating in the Silver State, and will it give us a shot at winning this swing state? Latest poll show Kerry within 1 point of Bush, which gives me hope. I think if we take Yucca to bank, we can really damage Bush there.

Any input?

2. hell, I got a good buddy of mine working there with the Dems
If need be, I'll make the drive from California to help him win Nevada. CA is going Blue, so I'll do anything I can to help out my neighbor state.

5. I'm closer to Vegas
my friend was going to work for Dean until the Kerry surge. He says he's trying to get a job with the Kerry campaign now. He'll be working out of Vegas as a volunteer if anything, and that'll be our real base of support. If Vegas turns in high numbers, Bush may be done for.

4. I would promise that we'll deliver the state for Kerry,
but I thought we'd deliver it for Dean and we got our asses kicked.

But this time, Yucca Mt has just about sealed shrub's fate in NV. I haven't heard a good word spoken about bush out here in a year.
