10. It seemed like a back room deal to me
They had to have a revote because it was so close and so McCain made a deal with Huckabee to give Huckabee 51% edge and the win over Romney. That's how it seemed to me.

5. Romney is a scumbucket, I am glad he lost!
Whining because Huckabee did not quit to clear a path and blaming McCain? What a doushybag. I will celebrate Romneys demise tonight!

I thought back-room deals were part and parcel of the political game today. Did nobody let Romney know?

18. Romney's brain has version 2.4
Version 2.5 has an update that includes recognizing that deals are made during caucuses. Not investing in the upgrade was pennywise but poundfoolish.

11. This is why they have "winner take all" primaries
they don't want the eventual winner to be exposed in any way. They want to get to the national campaign as soon as possible and paint their guy in whatever weird manipulation of the truth they have constructed and tested out in Luntz's focus groups.

13. I saw that -- but that isn't what happened
After the first vote, they tossed out anyone with less than 1/3 (McCain and Paul) and ran a second vote. Sorry Mittens, but that is how a caucus works. Reference John Edwards in Nevada...

16. Welcome to American politics, Mitt.
You should have at least four years as a private citizen to catch on. :)

17. And Huckabee responds by sending out a press release that MSNBC
says essentially calls Mittens a whiner.
