In the race for the Democratic Presidential Nomination, has gotten much tighter. It’s now Hillary Clinton 40%, Barack Obama 31% and John Edwards 17% (see recent daily numbers). In general election match-ups, Clinton and Obama both lead Romney, McCain, and Huckabee.

I am a Hillary supporter but Rasmussen is a flawed pollster... On Friday Hillary had an eleven point lead...On Saturday her lead had shrunk to three points...Now it's back up to nine points after a big loss*... And his narrative doesn't match his numbers...

*Yeah, I know most of the survey was done before the resuits were known...

4. Never believe such spikes in a TRACKING poll... very suspicious...bad population sample?
Or something else.

I do not believe yesterday's tracking includes the SC election results.

9. Always use averages. And here is a suggestion...
...because we will be watching polls for a while yet...

Take RCP - RealClearPolitics, for example. Look at the individual pollsters used to make the average. Throw out the highest and the lowest in the group, then make your average.

6. All polls seem flawed in this election.
But Hillary consistently maintains her nationwide lead. And this despite the non-stop media bashing she has to endure.
