9. I give NH to "emotion", plus Bill.
Anyway, he'll be in the back seat now.

13. that's absurd. Up until a little over a month ago she was way ahead
in SC. Revisionist history sucks.

6. South Carolina has just never liked Bill Clinton
I remember the 92 campaign when he showed up there to a NASCAR race and he was booed; an airplane flew over the event with a message that said "no draft dodger".

16. I'd have to check to be absolutely certain but I believe they DID support a
draft dodger twice in the presidential elections of 2000 and 2004. Perhaps they collectively "misspoke".

12. The African American electorate certainly sent a message.
And they supported Obama over Clinton, overwhelmingly. Apparently they support his message over the Clintons'. I find this significant.

24% is nothing to scoff at.

17. Not at all.
I just think it's interesting because African Americans as a constituency had previously supported the Clintons and now apparently do not.

18. Think I'll wait for the actual non-white turnout before my own analysis....
There are 629,000 registered non-whites. I want to find out how many of them showed up. The exit polls say Obama got 81% of the votes cast.

And Bill Clinton didn't fire up the non-whites to turn-out. They were coming anyway.
