What is up with this racial divide?
Blacks overwhelmingly for Kerry and whites for Edwards?

4. CNN exit polls.. Just watched the broadcasts..
I think it was Georgia exit polls...

Think there were similar patterns in cnn exit polls reported from Wisconsin.

13. Wonder how much of that white male vote
is Republicans voting crossover, possibly in hopes of sabotaging Democratic chances in the election.

3. Blacks made great gains under Clinton
They have suffered under Bush

Do you think they are voting for the front runner because they are desperate to have a Democrat in the White House?

5. It depends largely on endorsements...
...in South Carolina, Clyburn delivered a lot of the black vote for Kerry.

...in Maryland, Al Wynn will deliver a lot of the black vote for Edwards. Elijah Cummings will offset some of that though.

...In Georgia, John Lewis will be a big boost for Kerry.

7. Weird, huh?
White southerners want one of their own and blacks want one that's not their own??? I don't know. Sure seems to validate that there is some sort of race problem in the south though.

9. The death penalty may be a factor. It's racist and Kerry is better.
Kerry's not as good as Dennis or Sharpton but he's better than Edwards.

10. Well it's because blacks are mostly Democrats and (D)s went lrgly for JK
Edwards is picking up a lot of rethuglicans and independents who voted for the flag referendum who'd probably vote for bush anyway in the GE.
