Poll question: Which presidential campaign flameout is a bigger surprise?
Edited on Tue Jan-22-08 02:26 PM by TwilightZone

Frederick of Hollywood is apparently bowing out.

Giuliani is running third in Florida and has yet to do much of anything anywhere else.

One was expected to be "America's Mayor"; the other was expected to be the savior of the weak Republican field.

At this point, which is the bigger surprise?

1. It was clear to everyone except Fred that he was not going anywhere. Rudy, not so much.
But in the end I think Rudy will leave about as much of a ripple as Fred. "I was there on 9-11!" just isn't much of a campaign platform.
