1. They sure don't have any room to talk. That will backfire on Bush/Cheney
bigtime.

2. Don't you think bush would, if they gave him exponentially less?

If you support Kerry, emphasize his strengths. This isn't one.

His strong point is that he can be counted on to maintain the status quo. He supports the crusade. He will do what it takes to get the job done and bring rogue natives to heel.

His health care plan does not abandon the insurance industry, and no one can accuse him of promoting socialized medicine.

He is in favor of empowering low income Americans to make wise choices with their wealth, to use their cash on hand to purchase medical treatment and get an extra break at tax time.

He has consistently voted to decrease capital gains taxes, and often cites it as proof that he stands firmly behind the little guy.

This is one shrewd politico!

4. He is a much better speaker, much more telegenic, and has a charisma

and language gifts to make the most appalling aspects of US policy sound much more palatable.

The majority of voters are not looking for a change in policy, they are looking for someone who will phrase things in a nicer way.

Iraqis are not voting in the election, neither are Afghanis, or Palestinians, and not a lot of the American poor.

Why not focus on emphasizing Kerry's assets, in the context of the people who are going to vote, many of whom find bush's manner abrasive, even repulsive.
